UPDATE: Woman killed in crash, suspect description released

LATEST:  Police have identified the woman killed in the crash near Flamingo and Torrey Pines as 27-year-old Natalie Bruno. 

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 20’s, short hair, bloody face, last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a black jacket. 

13 Action News spoke with two witnesses who were at the crash minutes after it happened. 

Mary Drugmand said she could hear a lot of yelling after people ran to help Bruno. 

"There were a lot of people around the car a lot of people screaming and yelling," said Drugmand. 

Another man, who watched the suspect return to the scene, said he saw the driver hug the woman, before saying "I love you" and leaving. 

Police also said the suspect is believed to have gone to Spring Valley Hospital, about two miles away from the crash scene. According to police he left before being treated. 

Tonight witnesses are hoping someone will step forward. 

"How do you leave somebody injured in the way that she was?," Drugmand said. "If you did see something please say something."

UPDATE: A 27-year-old female was killed in the crash.

Police say a that a man driving a Ford Shelby GT500 lost control and crossed the median, hitting a Chevy Cobalt and Nissan pickup.

The woman who was killed was a passenger in the Ford died. The drivers of the Chevy and Nissan were transported to a local hospital with moderate and minor injuries.

The driver of the Ford Shelby fled the scene. He is believed to be in his 20s. Police are currently attempting to locate the driver.

The Clark County coroner will release the name of the deceased after relatives have been notified. This is the 104th traffic-related fatality in Las Vegas this year.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- One person has died in a crash Thursday evening.

The crash was reported around 5:30 p.m. near Flamingo Road and Redwood Street, just west of Torrey Pines Drive.

Roads are closed in the area of the crash.

No other details have been released.
