Nevada's Task Force One returned home Monday after a 13-day deployment to hurricane-ravaged North Carolina.

On Sept. 11, a 16-member Task Force One rescue team was deployed to the areas of North Carolina hardest hit by Hurricane Florence.

They completed more than 80 rescues and were given a special honor by locals. For all their efforts, the mayor of Beaufort, North Carolina, awarded the rescue team with the key to the city.

Task Force One is made up of volunteer first responders - mostly from fire departments across Nevada.
