UPDATE ON FEB. 13: Police identified the suspect as Walid Abdulla. He was taken into custody without incident on Feb. 12 at the 6100 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard.

Abdulla faces armed robbery and burglary charges.

ORIGINAL STORY

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police are looking for a man who they believe is responsible for a robbery at a drugstore and a bank.

Police say that a man in his 50s or 60s entered a drugstore on Jan. 30 in the 8011 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South and pulled a gun on an employee in the gaming area.

On Feb. 6 at approximately 4:30 p.m., the same man entered a bank in the 3700 block of East Flamingo Road. He handed over a note demanding money and showed a black semi-automatic handgun.

The man is very thin and about 6 feet to 6-feet 2-inches tall. He also has a white beard.
