Teens-N-Training (TNT), the City of Henderson’s junior leader program, is accepting applications for its summer 2016 program through 6 p.m. on April 8.
The program provides teens with hands-on learning and training experience that emphasizes leadership, responsibility, teamwork and customer service.
Participation is $110 per teen (ages 14 and 15) and includes T-shirts.
Applications can be mailed or hand delivered to the City of Henderson’s Youth Enrichment Office, located at 280 Water Street.
TNT trains teens to become future recreation leaders and to provide support to the city’s youth summer camps and programs.
These programs are hosted at various recreation centers throughout the city and include children of various age groups and abilities.
