PASSOVER -- MARCH 30-APRIL 7 

MB STEAK AT HARD ROCK HOTEL
Brothers David and Michael Morton’s celebrated new restaurant, MB Steak, will commemorate Passover with a special holiday dinner available from March 30 to  April 7. Executive Chef Patrick Munster will prepare braised brisket, served with roasted carrots, marble potatoes and horseradish gremolata, priced at $32. Wine director and sommelier, Mark Hefter, suggests pairing a merlot, L'Ecole No. 41, Columbia Valley, WA 2013, with the meal. MB Steak’s full menu, along with a list of its signature cocktails and a collection of spirits, will also be available for those wishing to dine throughout Passover.

STATION CASINOS
In observation of the Passover holiday, all Feast and Festival Buffet locations will offer special Passover menus in addition to the restaurants’ regular menu items. The Passover menus will be available from March 30 through April 7 for lunch and dinner. Special food items available throughout the observance include matzo ball soup, chopped liver, beef brisket, roasted chicken with matzo stuffing, matzo brei, noodle kugel, Hebrew new potatoes and more. Feast Buffets are located at Boulder Station, Green Valley Ranch Resort, Palace Station, Red Rock Resort, Santa Fe Station, Sunset Station and Texas Station. EASTER -- APRIL 1

ALIANTE HOTEL-CASINO
MRKT will offer a special three-course meal on Easter Sunday for $45. To start, the special includes cucumber cups filled with lobster and crab meat salad. The main course features mustard herb seared lamb chops. To end the meal, diners can enjoy a colossal-made carrot cake. Reservations are recommended.

Bistro 57’s Easter special features a three-course dinner for $32, starting with the choice of a spring salad with prosciutto and grapefruit or cold asparagus soup. For the main course, Bistro 57 will serve roasted leg of lamb with garlic and herb mashed cauliflower. A slice of carrot cake will be served for dessert.

FARM will serve a ham and steak dinner on Easter weekend for $12. The special includes heirloom carrots and whipped sweet potatoes, and will be available from Friday, March 30 through Sunday, April 1.

Medley Buffet will offer Easter buffet specials beginning with a champagne brunch from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., featuring endless mimosas. ANDIRON STEAK & SEA
Andiron Steak & Sea will offer their usual brunch menu as well as a special Crab Benedict dish served with Bloomsdale spinach and tomato hollandaise. Guests can enjoy brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. If celebrating Easter in the evening is preferred, Andiron will be showcasing a Slow Roasted Heritage Ham served with grilled asparagus and whipped potatoes. Guests can enjoy dinner service Monday through Sunday from 5 – 10 p.m.

For those who prefer the original saga to the New Testament, Andiron Steak & Sea offers Passover Seder specials from March 30 until April7 that feature Matzo Ball Soup in chicken broth and braised vegetables as well as Grandma Rose’s Braised Short Rib with vegetables, Meyer lemon gremolata, and Passover poppers.

BASKIN-ROBBINS
Baskin-Robbins is offering the new Bunny Stripe Cake for Easter. This festive dessert features a classic chocolate bunny atop a pastel striped cake that can be customized with any ice cream flavor and white or chocolate cake.

BLACK TAP CRAFT BURGERS & BEER
Nothing says Easter like The Peeps Shake from Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer. This cherry shake features a vanilla frosted rim with Easter M&M candies topped with three yellow chick peeps, whipped cream, Easter sprinkles & a cherry. Available all weekend. 

BRATALIAN BY CARLA PELLEGRINO
Bratalian will offer traditional Italian dishes for Easter including tortellini with ham and peas ($23), Chilean sea bass in Mediterranean sauce ($38), Filet Mignon Sebastian ($44) and strawberries tiramisu ($12). 

BRIO TUSCAN GRILLE 
This Italian favorite is offering brunch on Easter Sunday from 11 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Enjoy items from the sweet or savory sides of the menu that steer away from traditional Tuscan recipes including their berries & cream French toast, shrimp and grits, ham & biscuit benedict or their staple Sicilian omelet. Featured items include a center cut filet, surf and turf and a New York strip. Add a broiled lobster tail to any entree for a truly decadent meal. Buddy V’s Ristorante rings in the Easter holiday with a special holiday-inspired menu that will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In this unique, buffet-style brunch, menu highlights include charcuterie and cheese platters, iced peel and eat shrimp, fresh salads including the popular Panzanella, soups, selection of house breads, and a carving station with maple-glazed ham, assorted Italian sausages and slab bacon. Signature brunch items include,  mac n’ cheese carbonara, chicken parmesan, orecchiette & Italian sausage, meatballs and other dishes, as well as breakfast options such as panettone french toast, roasted vegetable frittata, egg scrambles and warm crespelle with toppings. CANNERY CASINO HOTEL
Waverly’s Steakhouse’s three-course Easter Sunday dinner will begin with a choice of roasted bacon corn chowder or house salad with choice of dressing. For the main entrée, diners can enjoy a rosemary and garlic grilled rack of lamb with demi glaze, truffle potatoes and fresh asparagus with hollandaise. The meal will end with a Georgia peach cobbler served with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon. The three-course special will be available on Easter Sunday from 4 p.m. to close for $45. Vino’s Ristorante will offer a flavorful Easter Sunday special for $27.99, featuring sautéed veal scaloppini topped with wild mushroom cream sauce and served with herbed polenta and rapini. The special also includes house salad and breadsticks and will be available from 4 p.m. to close. Reservations are recommended.

Cannery Row Buffet will serve Easter specials from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 1. The price of the buffet with a C.A.N. Club Players Card starts at $15.99. The price of the buffet without a players card is $18.99.

CARMINE'S IN THE FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS
Perfect for families and large groups, Carmine’s will feature the Roasted Rack of Lamb with oven roasted vegetables that serves six – eight people ($99.95) in addition to the restaurant’s entire Italian menu. CHICA AT THE VENETIAN
Chica by Chef Lorena Garcia celebrates the flavors of Latin American cuisine with an astounding array of amazing dishes and the final course is no exception. This Easter's must-try dessert is the Tres Leches Dulce de Leche, the traditional 'three milks' dessert cake topped with toasted meringue and exotic fruit pico.

DIVINE CAFE SPRINGS PRESERVE
Enjoy a delicious Easter Sunday Brunch in the Divine Cafe at the Springs Preserve on April 1. Brunch will include a carving station featuring brined turkey and honey roasted ham, gourmet crepes and Eggs Benedict, a traditional Breakfast hot bar, pasta and salad stations, a pastry and dessert bar, and more! EASTSIDE CANNERY CASINO AND HOTEL
Carve Steakhouse will offer an $18 Easter Sunday special from 5 p.m. to close. The Easter special features a slow-roasted marinated leg of lamb carved to order with mint demi-glace. Diners can enjoy their meal with a choice of house or Caesar salad.

Snaps is serving up an Easter ham with rum raisin sauce for $10.99. The special includes hand-carved ham topped with rum raisin sauce, served with mashed yams and a medley of freshly chopped melon.

ECHO & RIG
Echo & Rig will serve their traditional brunch menu on Easter Sunday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. inclusive of everything from salads to sandwiches to signature breakfast entrees. Enjoy signature items like the short rib hash, smoked salmon benedict and the coveted steakhouse scramble with sausage, filet mignon, onions, bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes and burrata cheese. ELDORADO CASINO
Guests can enjoy a delicious Easter special at Mary’s Diner from 11 a.m. to close, including baked ham with black cherry sauce, choice of potato, vegetables, access to the salad bar and a slice of pie for $10.99, while supplies last.

FREED'S BAKERY
 Freed’s Bakery, a family-owned establishment of 59 years and featured bakery on Food Network’s hit show “Vegas Cakes,” will offer Easter egg bread and hot cross buns for Easter from March 29 through  April 1. The braided Easter egg bread is made with hard-boiled Easter eggs braided into the sweet egg bread, priced at $9.95 each. Freed’s will also offer traditional hot cross buns—a sweet egg bread bun blended with chopped dried fruit and topped with sugar icing, priced at $1.35 per bun or $13.95 for a dozen. 

FREMONT HOTEL AND CASINO
Paradise Buffet & Café will offer a special Easter holiday menu on Sunday, April 1, featuring unlimited sparkling wine, mimosas and bellinis. Easter Brunch will be hosted from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. and the holiday dinner offerings will be served from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $18.99 with a B Connected card. 

GOLD COAST HOTEL AND CASINO
Cornerstone will serve a tasty Easter dinner menu from 4 p.m. to close for $38. For starters, guests can choose from the soup du jour or dinner salad. The main entrée features the choice of braised veal Osso

Bucco with root vegetables, oven roasted tomatoes and gremolata. Diners can also choose to enjoy the pan-seared sea bass dish with lemon butter Bruere blanc, sautéed kale with garlic and a Yukon potato cake. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Ports O’Call will offer a special Easter holiday menu on Sunday, April 1, featuring champagne, mimosas and bellinis. A champagne brunch will be hosted from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. and the holiday dinner offerings will be served from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. for $18.99 with a B Connected card.

HAMPTONS
For an upscale Easter Sunday brunch, head to Hamptons at Tivoli Village for an expansive menu and cocktail list. Enjoy signature items like their lemon & ricotta hotcakes, peanut butter & banana waffle, short rib fried egg sandwich and their Maryland crab eggs benedict. Enjoy bottomless cherry or orange mimosas for $15 or Bloody Marys for $20 that are perfect for sipping on their gorgeous patio during the warm Spring months. Aside from classic brunch cocktails, Hamptons offers an expansive wine, whiskey, bourbon, rye and scotch list for the most particular of tastes. Brunch is from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

HANK'S FINE STEAKS & MARTINIS
Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis will offer an Easter Brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The extensive array includes griddle items such as blueberry croissant casserole or Bavarian cream stuffed French toast; a carving station with meats including Korean short ribs, slow roasted turkey, ham, and lamb; a Bloody Mary bar; crepes; and a plentiful seafood array including poke bowls, king crab legs, salmon cornet, ceviche, Maine lobster and oysters. A fully stocked bagel bar and breakfast classics juxtapose a charcuterie selection, fresh fruit and salad options, and an indulgent array of sides include mac and cheese and green bean almandine.  Guests of Hank’s will receive a homemade sweet bread basket filled with goodies delivered to their table.  Hop onto the High Roller this spring to indulge in holiday chocolate tastings provided by Ethel M Chocolates. Enjoy a family-friendly day at Summerlin’s most popular restaurant’s 6th Annual Honey Salt Easter egg hunt and brunch.  Now a yearly tradition, guests of all ages can enjoy a special Easter-inspired menu, paint-a-cookie station, egg hunt and holiday fun. Egg hunts are held at 10:30 a.m. and again at 12:30 p.m. In addition to the popular brunch menu, Honey Salt will feature a Glazed Ham Benedict served with tomato, shaved asparagus, and avocado hollandaise.

ORLEANS HOTEL AND CASINO
Prime Rib Loft is offering a special Easter menu, featuring a special three-course dinner menu from 5 p.m. to close for $38 per person. The dinner will begin with a seafood martini served with a zesty tomato sauce. Guests will have the option to choose one of two appetizer options, including the chicken, broccoli, potato and cheddar cheese soup or the spring salad that includes baby greens, apples, avocado, strawberries, toasted almonds, feta cheese and golden raisins drizzled with citrus vinaigrette. For the main entrée, Prime Rib Loft will serve a loft trio, featuring a petit filet, shrimp scampi and lamb lollipop served with Boursin mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and smoked bacon demi sauce. Medley Buffet at The Orleans will serve a special Easter holiday menu on Sunday, April 1, featuring champagne, mimosas and bellinis. Copper Whisk Café will serve a delectable three-course Easter menu for $16.99 from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. For starters, diners can choose from a soup or salad followed by the main entrée, New Zealand baby lamb chops, served with potato pancakes, lamb jus and seasonal vegetables. Guests can end their meal with a fresh fruit tart.

REMEDY'S, ELIXIR AND DISTILL
Not looking to head down to the Strip?  Remedy’s, Elixir and Distill offer the chance to celebrate Easter with a special ham dinner.  Guests can enjoy Honey-glazed Ham served with house made mashed potatoes, brown sugar and thyme roasted carrots, and served with the choice of soup or salad for $12.95.

RI RA LAS VEGAS
The specialty Easter menu includes delicious options including Honey Orange Whiskey Glazed Ham ($22), thick cut, sweet and smoky pit ham served with brown sugar glazed carrots, boiled baby potatoes and crisp garlic snap peas; Salmon Boxty ($23), diced salmon sautéed with red onion and tomato in a warm boxty and topped with a dill cream sauce and served with champ and sautéed vegetables; Rosemary and Mint Roasted Leg of Lamb ($24), served with brown gravy, roasted red potatoes and sautéed green beans; or the Prime Rib Carvery ($29) featuring 12-ounce Ribeye, slow roasted and served with garlic green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and topped with a house Guinness au jus.

SAM'S TOWN HOTEL AND GAMBLING HALL  
The Angry Butcher will serve a delicious Easter Sunday dinner for $38. The meal will begin with an Easter egg spinach salad with boiled egg, candied walnuts, strawberries, red onions and a raspberry vinaigrette. For the main course, guests will enjoy a tender, pesto-crusted rack of lamb served with gnocchi and broccolini. End the meal with a strawberry shortcake with juicy strawberries and fresh whipped creme.

Diners can enjoy the mouthwatering Big Mess Easter Special on Sunday, April 1 for $12.99. The special includes a slow-smoked, bone-in ham with Carolina mustard glaze served with macaroni and cheese and collard greens. For dessert, guests will have a strawberry sundae.

BAJA MIGUEL'S
Baja Miguel’s will serve a three-course menu with a complimentary margarita or glass of wine from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $21.95 per person. Menu highlights include shrimp tostadas, halibut cilantro and a traditional carrot cake or flan.

CORONADO CAFE
Coronado Café will offer a three-course meal with a complimentary glass of wine or cocktail from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $15.95 per person. Menu highlights include cream of chicken soup or salad, roasted leg of lamb or honey baked ham, and chocolate mousse or warm apple dumplings

DON VITO'S
Don Vito’s will serve a three-course menu from 3 to 9 p.m. with a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine, available for $39 per person. Menu highlights include oven baked Gulf oysters, prosciutto with melon pearls or shrimp and farro salad; boneless leg of lamb, pan-seared beef medallions or swordfish; and almond creme brulee, coconut creme cannoli or seasonal berries.

GARDEN BUFFET
Garden Buffet will serve a Bottomless Champagne Easter Brunch from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $17.95 with a club card or $21.95 without. The champagne brunch will feature a full breakfast selection including made-to-order omelets, Eggs Benedict, Raisin Bread French Toast, New York Style Cheese Blitzes and more. A variety of savory entrées will be available such as Kentucky Bourbon Glazed Ham, Alaskan Seared Salmon, Iowa Pork Chops, Santa Fe Style Lamb Enchiladas and Massaman Thai Beef Curry. In addition, the buffet will offer a Prime Rib and Leg of Lamb live carving station and six international cooking stations ranging from soups and salads to desserts and more. SILVERADO STEAK HOUSE 
Silverado Steak House will serve a four-course menu from 4 to 10 p.m. with a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine, available for $55 per person. Menu highlights include wild mushroom crepes, chicken with cream sauce in a puff pastry or shrimp and crab salad; cream of leek soup, romaine and orange salad or salad bowl; roasted leg of spring lamb, breast of chicken with wil mushrooms and leeks, pan-seared halibut or beef medallions; and a warm tart, chocolate roulade or raspberries and cream. 

SUNCOAST HOTEL AND CASINO
Salvatore’s will serve the following special selections on Easter Sunday from 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.:

· Fresh Idaho smoked trout served with cucumber slaw and brown bread crostini for $14.95

SC Prime will offer several three-course menu options on Easter Sunday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Start the meal with a creamy Boursin potato leek soup with herb croutons or an iceberg wedge salad with sundried tomatoes, olives, red onions and roasted garlic ranch dressing. For the main entrees, diners can choose a grilled filet mignon and brown sugar Bar-BQ shrimp served with whipped potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and Madeira wine sauce for $44; the New Zealand lamb rack served with potato chive cakes, fresh seasonal vegetables and a port wine demi glaze for $42; or a pistachio-crusted Alaskan halibut served with red potato slices, julienne vegetables and lemon beurre blanc and red wine reduction for $40. For dessert, guests can enjoy strawberry cream cheesecake with fresh berries and strawberry sauce.

St. Tropez Buffet will offer a special Easter holiday menu on Sunday, April 1, featuring unlimited sparkling wine, mimosas and bellinis. Brunch will be hosted from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. and the holiday dinner offerings will be served from 4 p.m. to close for $18.99 with a B Connected card.

T-BONES AT RED ROCK RESORT
The Easter Brunch will take place from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The extensive array includes griddle items such as blueberry croissant casserole or Bavarian cream stuffed French toast; a carving station with meats including Korean short ribs, slow roasted turkey, ham, and lamb; a Bloody Mary bar; crepes; and a plentiful seafood array including poke bowls, king crab legs, salmon cornet, ceviche, Maine lobster and oysters. A fully stocked bagel bar and breakfast classics juxtapose a charcuterie selection, fresh fruit and salad options, and an indulgent array of sides include mac and cheese and green bean almandine. Guests of Hank’s will receive a homemade sweet bread basket filled with goodies delivered to their table. Menu items will differ at each steakhouse’s brunch, but both will offer guests a chance to have omelets made-to-order with fresh, gourmet ingredients such as prime rib, lobster, shrimp, smoked salmon, apple wood bacon, ham, sausage, wild mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, olive, spinach, avocado, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, artichokes, cheddar, Swiss, feta, roasted tomato salsa and house-made hot sauce. Cost is $89 per person, $39 for children ages 3 to 10. 

THE PALM LAS VEGAS
The Easter special at The Palm Las Vegas is a slow-roasted 35-day aged prime rib of beef  with rosemary and garlic crust served with au jus, horseradish cream, and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus for $45. 

TUSCANY GARDENS
On Easter Sunday, guests can enjoy a prix fixe dinner menu from 3 to 10 p.m. at Tuscany Gardens for $39.95 in addition to the regular selection of Italian classics. For the first course, guests may choose between seared ahi tuna salad or parsnip soup. Selections for the entrée are roasted lamb served with asparagus with sauce gribiche and pineapple glazed ham served with heirloom carrots, each served with fingerling potatoes. For dessert, guests may choose between bread pudding and carrot cake, each served with gelato.

VIRGIL'S AT THE LINQ PROMENADE
Virgil’s Real barbecue will celebrate Easter with a barbecue twist. Specials include bone-in smoked prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream ($34), Cajun blackened snapper with spicy Poblano mustard sauce ($21.95), Potato and leak soup topped with crispy shallots ($7.95), cobb salad complete with grilled BBQ shrimp ($15.95) and for dessert red velvet cake with Virgil’s creamy vanilla frosting.
