A woman's advocacy group is calling for the firing of Wynn Resorts' CEO Steve Wynn.

UltraViolet flew a banner across the Las Vegas sky for several hours Wednesday. The banner read, "Steve Wynn is a Predator #FireHim".

Yet, among the sexual misconduct allegations, Wynn Resorts says the company is moving forward with two major projects.

A spokesperson with Wynn Las Vegas says the company just closed on a purchase for the 33-acre land where the Wynn West is expected to be built. They also say construction continues on the anticipated Paradise Park.

"I can't understand any reason why anyone would be reluctant to go forward," said Mark Yoseloff, Director of UNLV's School of Gaming and Innovation.

Yoseloff said the Wynn company could prosper and continue to grow even without hotel visionary Steve Wynn.

"He's under attack right now, but I don't think it will have any long-term effect on the company," Yolesoff said.

Wynn has denied all sexual misconduct allegations.
