Las Vegas police are asking for the public's help in finding 25-year-old Terran Olson-Carlisle, who has been missing under suspicious circumstances since March 2, 2017.

On the day Terran was reported missing, police obtained surveillance video from a business in the 3900 block of South Buffalo Drive, near Flamingo Road. The video shows two men arriving in a black SUV behind the business and dumping a bag into a large metal trash bin.

The bag contained clothing and blood that belonged to Terran. Rubber gloves were also found.

Due to the suspicious circumstances related to this case, homicide detectives have taken charge of the investigation. Detectives are hoping to identify and interview the two people seen in the video above.

Las Vegas police Lt. Dan McGrath said in a media briefing Thursday that police believe he is most likely dead.

"Our intention is to find out what happened to this young man," McGrath said.
