HENDERSON (KTNV) — A Henderson car lot feels like they've been robbed of the holiday spirit after a couple of grinches were caught on camera stealing a truck and then ran over their back fence to get away.
"Crazy how this could even happen," said Shelly Debellis, co-owner of Auto Locator Group,
Debellis shared surveillance footage with 13 Action News showing two guys targeting a lifted 2002 Ford F-350 Super Duty truck Tuesday morning.
"It was kind of like shock and all. I know that things get stolen, vehicles get stolen. but personally I never had it done," said Shane Carson, co-owner of the lot.
Back in September, Las Vegas police put out an urgent warning for owners of several Ford trucks, to secure their vehicles after a rash of thefts.

Insiders said models from 2002 to around 2009 don't have sophisticated built-in anti-theft features like newer vehicles and just a few weeks owners were self-reporting at least half a dozen thefts scattered in the northern and eastern parts of the valley.
"Typically speaking, when you have a thief or a group of thieves that have learned to defeat the locking mechanism on certain types of vehicles, then we will start to see a trend of those vehicles in a specific area," said Larry Hadfield, of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
The auto lot in Henderson is offering a $1,000 reward for a lead to an arrest in this latest case and for its truck to be located.
