LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Thousands are expected to ring in New Year's Eve at Fremont Street Experience.
"America's Party Downtown" is highly anticipated every year and will feature non-stop live entertainment from 12 bands on four stages and a midnight toast by Las Vegas Mayor
Carolyn Goodman and many more.
Officials say they are expecting more than 40,000 people to attend. Gates open at 6 p.m. and there will be tickets available at the door for $50.00.
Organizers say 100 Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officers will be covering the event along with several hundred private security guards.
