Here's an event that will be lots of fun for the whole family.
North Las Vegas Mayor Pre Tempore Pamela Goynes-Brown, Ward 2, is inviting families to join her for the fourth annual Reading Rainbow in the Park.
It's being held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm on Saturday, Oct. 10 at Valley View Park, 2000 Bennett Street.
The event will focus on literacy and will feature free food, games, prizes and entertainment. Children at the event will receive free books donated from the community.
There will also be a raffle where guests can enter to win a variety of prizes including computers and more.
