Life Time Athletic Green Valley invited mothers and their sons put on their superhero capes at its “Dynamic Duo” party in March.
The event featured an obstacle course, superhero certification and a lunch spread for mothers and sons of all ages to enjoy.
Nearly 100 mothers and their sons donned colorful capes, masks and costumes, and used their super powers to tackle an adventurous obstacle course complete with a rock wall.
When mothers and their sons weren’t busy protecting the planet, they tested their strength with the hammer throw and earned their official superhero designations.
For lunch, mothers and sons enjoyed tasty barbecue ribs, pasta salad and fresh fruit.
