Zane Pasha, Alexis Jones, and J. Yeager from The Meadows School were selected as delegates to represent Nevada at the Congress of Future Medical Leaders.
The students were selected based on their academic achievement, leadership potential, and passion for a career in the medical field.
At the Congress, the students will hear speeches and medical research presentations from Nobel Laureates and the National Medal of Science winners. Deans from Ivy League schools will also be there to provide insight as to what awaits students during medical school. Student attendees will hear from patients who are considered living medical miracles, and will learn about new advances and the future in the medical field.
