All locations of Firehouse Subs are giving away medium subs to customers who donated an unopened, 24-pack of bottled water on Aug. 5.
Water collected during the 6th annual H2O for Heroes will be distributed to local fire departments, first responder agencies and community centers -- aiding children, the elderly and those in need of water during the scorching summer months when dehydration and other heat-related illnesses are most threatening.
