The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is proud to announce for the fourth consecutive year a perfect score on the 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
“At The Cosmopolitan, we believe in creating a rich and vibrant culture, recognizing that our diversity is a source of our strength,” said Daniel Espino, senior vice president of people at The Cosmopolitan. “The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will continue its commitment to fostering innovative thinking and inclusivity to provide exceptional experiences to individuals of all backgrounds.”
The 2017 CEI rated 1,043 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community.
