The Blind Center of Nevada (BCNV) recently unveiled the site for its new Visions of Greatness Center at 1001 N. Bruce Street.

Representatives say that the 36,000 square foot facility will allow the BCNV to expand the scope of its services and provide new opportunities for its members, including a culinary arts program.

“The Visions of Greatness Center represents an exciting new era for the Blind Center of Nevada,” said BCNV President Cory Nelson. “This building will provide a vehicle for more of Southern Nevada’s blind and visually impaired to find hope, learn independence and attain personal greatness. The true value of this center will be felt throughout the community.”

BCNV also offers programs in music, art, fitness, education, and vocational mentorship. The Visions of Greatness Center is expected to open Jan. 3, 2018. Click here for more information
