A California homeowner tired of living in a community terrorized by thieves, took matters into his own hands when he heard someone breaking into his car.
The man says his neighbor called him to let him know there was a woman taking stuff from his car.
He decided to do something about it. He ran out and tackled her to the ground.
The man says the woman was trying to throw out bags of drugs she had on her.
The woman was arrested. Police say she was caught with stolen items and plenty of drugs on her.
