Maryland tutor accused of breaking boy's jaw

A tutor in Maryland has been accused of breaking the jaw of a 7-year-old boy.

It happened at a school in Baltimore. The tutor claims that he removed the student from class because the boy was being disruptive.

He says that he was carrying the boy when he slipped and the boy hit the wall, which resulted in the broken jaw and teeth being knocked out.

However, police say that surveillance video suggests otherwise.
