Two men at a daycare in Lexington, Kentucky, were recently investigated for forcing children to play a game called smack for a snack.
According to the Office of the Inspector General, the only way that children at the daycare could get a yogurt was to allow the men to hit them with a stick on their leg and/or hand.
Lexington Police cited one of the men for second-degree assault.
The daycare was also cited for several other violations, according to WKYT.
