Cambridge, MA (KTNV) -- Attention chocolate lovers: Your favorite treat may be one of the best things for your brain.

A new study by Harvard researchers found, out of 60 adults, one-third of them had poor blood flow to the brain.

But, after drinking only two cups of hot chocolate per day for a month, blood flow improved.

It also led to faster thinking and a nearly 30-percent improvement in memory.

However, there are downsides to the drink. Hot chocolate comes packed with sugar and fat.
