Waynesville, OH (KTNV) -- Have you ever been late on your rent? You probably didn't think it was possible to get a spanking for it.
A landlord in Ohio resorted to just that.
One of his tenants owed him $2,800 in rent money.
Ron Kronenberger took action. He told the tenant, "If you're going to act like a child, I'm going to treat you like one."
According to the police report, he then gave the tenant a spanking with a belt.
Kronenberger owns a hometown market in Waynesville, Ohio.
He's now facing assault charges.
