Did a TV anchor violate gun law in Washington?
(KTNV) -- Did NBC's David Gregory break a law when he held up what appeared to be a 30-round gun magazine on last Sunday's "Meet The Press"?
That is the question that is being asked and Washington police are investigating.
The Washington Metropolitan Police Department told ABC News that NBC was informed that possession of a high-capacity magazine was not permissible.
But an official at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives said that NBC reached out to them before the show.
