Employee cited for "excessive flatulence"
(KTNV) -- A Maryland Social Security Administration worker has been cited by his superiors for "conduct unbecoming a federal officer."
The problem is "uncontrollable flatulence" in the workplace. He apparently farts too much.
His superiors sent him a five-page letter that noted 17 days and 60 times that the man passed so much gas that it created a "hostile work environment" for those around him.
The Smoking Gun says the letter doesn't reveal who addressed the flatulence.
It was probably not a surprise because the worker was told about his "behavior" on three separate occasions before he got the letter.
