A video from a Reno day care appears to show an employee violently yanking a toddler with the boy's feet coming off the floor.
A second video appears to show the same worker yanking the boy's arm and dragging him.
According to the Reno Gazette-Journal, the child's mother was alerted by her father to the video. He saw the video on the day care's website that lets families log on and watch their children.
The day care hasn't yet commented on the video, but the boy's mother has filed an arrest report.
