U.S. 95 was closed in both directions Saturday evening due to a possibly suicidal man.
Nevada Highway Patrol said around 5:30 p.m., a man was reported to be standing on the other side of the railing on a bridge of an overpass near Boulder Highway. Northbound traffic was diverted at Flamingo Road while southbound was diverted at Charleston Boulevard.
The man was taken into custody around 8 p.m. and the freeway reopened.

Both NHP and Las Vegas police responded to the scene.
Due to the incident at Boulder Hwy, traffic is backed up to LV Blvd going SB and to Russell going NB on US95, seek alternate routes
