UPDATE: Just days after her water was restored, Diana Raucher watched as maintenance crews tore her closet apart again to help dry it out after the water line outside broke again.

"I am just so surprised it happened again less than a week later," Raucher said.

Others described a river of water running down the sidewalk into the parking lot of the apartment complex.

Management was working with crews looking at the damage.

They said they had no comment on the ongoing issue, but were working to restore the water as quickly as possible for their tenants.

PREVIOUS STORY: People living in one Henderson apartment complex say they have woken up to no running water several times in the past year.  The latest incident happened over the weekend, and people living at Martinique Bay Apartments say they're fed up.

"We can't use the restroom, we can't wash dishes, we can't cook," says one resident.

"It flooded my guest room," says another resident, Diana Raucher.

According to the apartment manager, the complex is about 30 years old.  The water main and its pipes are also about 30 years old.

The second time it broke was back in June, and 13 Action News cameras caught gallons and gallons of water flooding the outside of the complex.  At that time, the complex says they thought they could fix the problem.

After this most recent incident, the apartment manager tells 13 Action News they have completely replaced the whole thing, and they hope this doesn't happen again anytime soon.
