Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Health inspectors returned to the Golden Nugget Friday to see whether two restaurants and the employee dining room were ready to reopen.

The employee dining room was closed Tuesday and both the Carson Street Cafe and Lillie's Asian Cuisine were closed Wednesday, all due to a massive cockroach infestation.

According to the Southern Nevada Health District, there was a re-inspection of all the facilities Friday morning but none were ready to welcome diners.

They said more work needed to be done to meet basic sanitation requirements.

Health inspectors were back at the kitchen, which services both the Carson Street Cafe and Lillie's Asian Cuisine, Friday night and reinstated the A rating.

Carson Street Cafe will open for breakfast Saturday morning and Lillie's will open for dinner Saturday night.

The health department also inspected the employee dining room Friday night, and it has officially received an A rating and can reopen.
