It has been one year since valley mom Tammy Meyers was gunned down in front of her home.
The shooting made national headlines.
The shooting was initially reported as a case of road rage. However, after police arrested Erich Nowsch, conflicting reports kept coming out.
Nowsch actually confessed to pulling the trigger, but claims he didn't know it was Tammy who was hit. His attorneys have been working to get that confession thrown out.
Nowsch and his co-defendant Derrick Andrews' trials are scheduled to start next month.
