Neighbors near South Rainbow Boulevard and West Flamingo Road say squatters are destroying a home on their block.

Neighbors are worried about what's happening behind these boards.

Several, who were too afraid to go on camera, believe the house in question is or was some kind of drug house.

One neighbor says she saw a police raid there several months ago.

"We've been having this problem for, I don't know, at least a year maybe," said neighbor Lee Allen. "But in the last six months, it's worse."

Allen said he's seen the squatters who live in this house around the neighborhood and at the park.

Despite calling the police, the bank and the county, they're still there.

"The banks, they don't care," said Allen. "They just leave it empty for months and months and months and months, years in some cases like this one."

There are two notices on the garage door saying the house is unsafe and a notice from the county demanding the owner clean it up.

13 Action News found out the owner has been dead since June 2013.

We called Clark County but they couldn't tell us much else because it's an open case.

The lien will stay with the property and would be the responsibility of the next owner.

Now, neighbors are left dealing with it themselves.
