A shooting has been reported near Eastern Avenue and Owens Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The victim was shot multiple times inside his vehicle by someone standing on the sidewalk. His injuries caused him to collide with a few parked vehicles. The victim drove to a nearby Dotty's where he was then transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the shooting could be narcotics related. So far no suspect is in custody.
