Voter sign-ups planned at Vegas health clinics
LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Nevada's top elections official is hosting a rally to mark a one-day voter registration drive at four Las Vegas-area health clinics.
Secretary of State Ross Miller plans to meet with students, businesses representatives and community members at a 1:30 p.m. Tuesday event at the Martin Luther King Health Center.
Miller is expected to talk about online registration for eligible state residents.
Meanwhile, walk-in registration will be conducted from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Martin Luther King center, the Eastern Family Medical and Dental Center, the North Las Vegas Family Health Center and the Cambridge Family Health Center.
