Positively Las Vegas
200 students receive new bikes and helmets
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- More than 200 students marked St. Patrick's Day with new bikes and helmets.
The Patrick Kelley Youth Foundation celebrated its 10th annual PK Bike Day on Sunday.
The event recognizes kids enrolled in After-School All-Stars Las Vegas; a program that provides after-school opportunities for under privileged students.
The kids have goals to meet, and if they meet their goals, they're rewarded with a brand new bike.
The program provides opportunities for more than 6,000 kids at 14 schools throughout the Clark County School District.
