Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A former WNBA assistant coach and former Runnin' Rebels coach is passing on his expertise to young people here in the valley.
Coach Howie Landa is heading up a basketball clinic here. He is teaching young players how to up their game.
The camp focuses on the mechanics of basketball, including ball handling, defense, passing and shooting.
The three-part clinic is open to players ages 8 to 16.
It is being hosted by the City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department.
