Metro officers go shopping with kids for Christmas
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas Police officers went shopping Saturday at Target with more than 100 local kids.
Metro and Target team up each year for their Santa Cops event.
It benefits needy children throughout the Valley.
Each officer was paired up with a child, who was given a gift certificate, to shop for their Christmas presents.
The shopping spree Saturday was made possible by a $7,000 grant from Target, and donations from local businesses.
Santa Claus even made a stop by Target, to visit with the kids, and flew in from the North Pole by helicopter.
