Preps underway for the Summerlin Patriotic Parade
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) - We're just a couple of days away from the 18th annual Summerlin patriotic parade.
Monday, we got a sneak peak at some of the 60 plus entries including floats and Macy's parade style balloons that will be out on Wednesday.
Balloons this year include an 18 foot Lorax, a 20 foot inflatable Elvis Presley, a 30 foot cowboy surrounded by country line dancers and a giant animated Mario Kart.
The parade begins at 9 a.m. on Wednesday at the corner of Hillpointe Road and Hills Center Drive and goes south on Hills Center Drive toward the Village Center Circle roundabout before heading west on Trailwood Drive.
