Construction begins at Horizon Ridge Rehab Center
Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- Construction is underway at the Horizon Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Henderson.
The center will eventually become a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The state-of-the-art building will feature 169 beds, including private suites, a variety of activity and dining spaces and an art therapy center with a pool and private treatment rooms.
Those on hand for the big event say it's a facility that paves the way for Henderson as a medical destination. The facility is expected to open in September 2013 and will provide 500 constructions jobs and 250 full time positions.
