One man is in custody after attacking two women and police officers Wednesday morning.

Police say 2 officers on patrol witnessed a robbery on Boulder Highway.  They tried to pull over the suspect's car, but it sped off, then turned around and intentionally rammed into police.

No officers were injured.

The man and a second suspect were able to run away in opposite directions towards a nearby neighborhood.

Police set up a perimeter around the area. K9 units were able to find a gun. Officials eventually found one suspect hiding in a resident's side yard.

13 Action News spoke with that resident about finding the suspect in his yard.

That resident said he yelled at the suspect to get out of his yard, before alerting police to his location.  "No, no, get out of here, get out of here, I told him, get out, get out."

Police were able to make an arrest on the first suspect.

Police have not yet found the second suspect. They believe he has left the neighborhood.

Police say they later found out that the suspect car was reported stolen.
