Police need your help finding a man who is connected to an attempted robbery.

On Tuesday around 5:00 p.m. police were called to a business complex near Nellis Boulevard and Bonanza Road to investigate a report of an attempted robbery.

Investigators say the victim was opening the door to her vehicle in the parking lot when she was approached by an unknown black male adult.

The suspect produced a small short-barreled silver revolver and pointed it at her, demanding her purse.

Alerted by the female’s screams, a passerby observed the incident and yelled out to the suspect.

At that point, the man walked away northbound without any of the victim’s property.

The suspect is described as a thin black male adult with short black hair standing approximately 6 feet tall.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, light-colored shorts and dark shoes. He may also be connected to multiple robberies.

Anyone with any information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
