LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- A pedestrian is critically injured after being hit by a motorcycle Friday night.
The crash was reported around 9:10 p.m. near Desert Inn Road and Boulder Highway. Police said the pedestrian was in a marked crosswalk against a red traffic signal when he was hit by a Suzuki motorcycle that had a green light.
Las Vegas police said the motorcyclist was also hurt. Both the rider and pedestrian were transported to Sunrise Hospital.
Boulder Highway and Desert Inn Road were shut down in the area while police investigated the crash.
