People living in Peccole Ranch say two teens are terrorizing their little kids who are just trying to play outside, even saying things like they are going to shoot the kids.

The reports are coming from families living on a street near Charleston Boulevard and Hualapai Way.

Monica Harrison says six or seven kids play in the cul-de-sac regularly, but recently, two teens have been riding their bikes by and terrorizing them.

"Every time, they wait for the kids to be out there at the end of the cul-de-sac and they just approach them," said Harrison.

She says it has happened about 10 times in the last month.

"We're gonna come in a van and we're gonna shoot you all" is one of the threats Harrison says the teens have made to the children.

She says as soon as a parent comes outside, they give the middle finger and take off on their bike.

A member from the neighborhood's homeowners association tells 13 Action News they've heard of some teens bullying people on other streets nearby. They are working with police to make a positive identification of the teens. They believe they are close.

If you think you have had run-ins with the teens, please tell police.
