LAS VEGAS (KTNV) - UPDATE ON APRIL 21: The Clark County coroner has identified the man in the crash on Thursday night as 33-year-old William Williams of Las Vegas.
One person has died in a crash Thursday night.
The crash was reported around 8:15 p.m. near Decatur Boulevard and Vegas Drive. Police said one of the vehicles involved was traveling at a high rate of speed north on Decatur when it crossed the center median and struck a boulder and fire hydrant.
The vehicle came to rest upside down trapping the driver of the vehicle. That driver died at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
