Mayor John Lee of North Las Vegas delivered the annual State of the City address on Thursday.
He talked about how the city of North Las Vegas has made enormous economic strides in the last year.
He also said that the city is diversifying and highlighted the billion dollar deal with the electric car company Faraday Future.
Lee also told the audience at Texas Station hotel-casino that the city's deficit is now under $23 million, which is a $51 million improvement over last year.
