A man was shot in the head near Torrey Pines Drive and Linda Lane around 10:15 a.m. Police say a citizen reported the incident when he saw the man in a vehicle. No other details are available at this time. The investigation is ongoing, and Torrey Pines Drive will be shut down from Fairbanks Road to Creston Avenue.
