This is a roundup of all the breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley for December 5, 2017.

6 P.M.

Police are on scene of crash or collision near Mandalay Bay. Road closures are in effect. No other details available at this time.

4:55 P.M.

Police are now reporting to the woman was not found hanging from a tree in Wetlands Park. She was found partially submerged in water and was tangled in some tree branches. Police are asking for patience as they try to figure out what happened. READ MORE

3:45 P.M.

Las Vegas police say a woman has been found hanging from a tree inside Clark County Wetlands Park. Police were notified by the fire department at about 2:12 p.m. At this time, it is not known if the woman killed herself or if she was hanged by someone else. 

6:55 A.M.

The fire department is on the scene of a mobile home fire near Nellis and Las Vegas Boulevard. 

6:30 A.M.

Police are on the scene of an incident on Boulder Highway. It appears that someone has been hit by a vehicle in front of Sam's Town. However, we have not confirmed any information with police.  

OVERNIGHT

A man was wounded during a road rage shooting on Monday night. It happened shortly before midnight near Desert Inn Road and Theme. The shooter is believed to have been driving a late 1990s or early 2000s 4-door sedan. The victim was not seriously injured and was taken to hospital for treatment. The suspect was also seen heading east on Theme.
