This is a roundup of all the breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley for December 1, 2017.

6:30 P.M.

A HAZMAT leak at 123 West Colorado Avenue, near Main and Commerce streets, started at a food processing plant. The Las Vegas Fire Department HAZMAT Team on was on the scene assessing situation. The situation was confined to the interior of the business. No odor is present outside but roads remain closed in the area.

5:30 P.M.

Reports of a fatal crash on Vegas Valley and Cabana drives, near Nellis Boulevard.

A vehicle is said to have crashed into a wall but no other details are known at this time. This is a developing story.

3:28 P.M.

Las Vegas police are diverting traffic near the intersection near Flamingo Road and Eastern Avenue. Officials say multiple pedestrians were hit in a fatal collision. READ MORE.

3:13 P.M.

A school bus with children on board collided with a vehicle near Ann Road and Simmons Street. North Las Vegas police say that some students and the driver of the other vehicle had minor injuries, and no one has been taken to the hospital. Northbound Simmons Street is closed while police investigate the crash.

12:30 P.M.

Fire crews are tacking a fire at 801 Sanford Court, near Alta and Rainbow. The cause of the fire is still unknown and this is a developing story.

5 A.M.

A semi truck has crashed near Interstate 15 and Charleston Boulevard. Lane closures may be in effect.
