A new deal is being put together to keep the Oakland Raiders in Oakland, California.

The San Francisco Gate is reporting the deal that is being presented is worth $1.3 billion.

It would include $200 million in public funding as well as $600 million from an investment group led by Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott.

It also includes $500 million from the Raiders and NFL, which is the same amount they are being asked to contribute to build a stadium in Las Vegas.

Nevada lawmakers passed a plan just last month for a NFL stadium in Las Vegas. That plan includes $750 million in public funding and a $650 million contribution from Sheldon Adelson and his family.

Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis has said repeatedly that he is committed to bringing his team to Las Vegas.

The move would have to be approved by three quarters of the NFL owners.
