(KTNV) -- Everyone needs a little kick start in the morning but there is a new coffee called Death Wish hitting the shelves that promises more than just a kick.
The coffee bag is rather ominous looking. The coffee comes in a black bag with a skull and crossbones log.
And a warning. For good reason. Makers of the coffee say that it packs a real punch.
They are claiming that it is the "world's strongest coffee." According to them, their coffee contains 200 times more caffeine than a normal cup of coffee.
Death Wish contains about 520 milligrams of caffeine per 12 ounces.
The FDA warns against healthy adults having more than 400 milligrams.
The makers of the coffee acknowledges that their coffee is not for everyone and points out the entire bag is a visual warning and coffee drinkers should only drink at their own risk.
The coffee is currently selling on Amazon.com for $20 a pound.
