California pre-school teacher accused of trying to drug kids
(KTNV) -- A California pre-school teacher is accused of trying to drug kids to get them to take naps.
Debbie Gratz is now charged with felony child endangerment.
Police in Morgan Hill, Calif., say she put sleeping pills in the childrens' drinking cups before nap time.
She allegedly used Sominex but the concoction was discovered before any of the two year olds in her care had a chance to drink it.
The police say this many not have been a one-time thing.
They say they are now trying to figure out why the daycare waited three days to alert police and parents.
