(KTNV) -- Some Texas high school students are making it their mission to ditch their makeup for at least one day and hopefully change the face of what is considered beautiful.
The girls produced a YouTube video called "Operation Beautiful." Its purpose is to highlight what's inside opposed to what's outside.
And you might be surprised how long it takes some of the teenage girls to get ready!
Some admitted that on a normal day, it takes two hours to get dolled up. But, guys weighed in and said all that isn't necessary.
Today at Plano High School, the majority of the female students and teachers will face the day without covering up.
The teens say what would be really beautiful is to see their movement extend beyond their school and beyond one day.
