(KTNV) -- Are you fed up with working 9 to 5? If so, you might want to think about heading to the land down under.

Winners of Australia's The Best Jobs in the World contest will receive a package worth $100,000 ($50,000 salary and $50,0000 living expenses) for only six months of work.

The contest is open to anyone of over the age of 18 from any country who is eligible to work in Australia on a business visa.

So, if you want to see high culture in Sydney, trek through the outback, hang with kangaroos and koalas or just eat, there might be a position just for you.

There are six jobs available: park ranger, lifestyle photographer, wildlife caretaker, outback adventurer, taste master and, perhaps the most interesting, chief funster.

The chief funster is basically a social coordinator. That person will promote all kinds of events in Australia including food festivals, sporting events, concerts, Mardi Gras and the country's spectacular New Year's Eve fireworks over Sydney's harbor.

The deadline to apply is one month from Saturday. The winners will be announced in mid-June and all six jobs start August 1.
