Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The 2012 Miss Universe competition was held at Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino earlier this week.  Miss USA, Olivia Culpo was crowned Miss Universe. You might have expected Culpo's victory to go viral here in the U.S., but instead, the light continues to shine on Irene Sofia Esser Quintero, better known as Miss Venezuela.

During the competition, Quintero was asked this question, "If you could make a new law, what would it be?" While this question seemed like a walk in the park to answer, her response was more like a... stumble in the woods. Quintero was unable to get out a clear sentence due to a language barrier.

The web has harshly coined Quintero's quick Q&A moment as "awkward." But, you be the judge. Catch the video via YouTube here.
